Dumpster Fire of an Agency Senior management is absent. More C-level roles than support. Unrealistic role expectations. Sr. Leadership has no clue how to manage/coach team, no desire to improve team morale and frowns upon employees working remote. Saw many people hired and fired (or quit) in just a few months due to unrealistic work expectations, bad culture, absentee leadership, lack of coaching, etc.
