Dont Work Here No support from supervisor. There is no training and the "training" they put you through consists of sitting around. Attend Constant continuing ed courses. Have to attend mandatory weekend events without getting paid. Condescending supervisor that probably doesn't have a college degree. The executive director is unapproachable and always seems to be in a bad mood. You have to host outreach events after work hours without compensation.
