DONT WORK HERE. The Leadership is didactic, autocratic, and they bully people. There is no sense of employee engagement and you need to follow a process wheel that is almost impossible to utilize in all areas of the business. You are forced to do everything in-house as proprietary creations in which it is nearly impossible to get all of your work done. Nepotism is rampant.
