Deign to disappoint... Unprofessional work environment where everyone calls each other "Babes" and cursing knows no end. Pay was never on time. The owner cared more about his morning raves and taking clients out to expensive brunches and dinners than paying his hard working staff a proper salary. Lacking in communication wasn't always a problem, but the constant praise of "I love you and I love your work" to then pull the rug right out from under you isn't cool.
