Company is a joke One of the few companies in which it does you no good to work harder. Instead of appreciation you are exploited. The Holder family uses this company as a trust fund for themselves and their relatives. Despite what they want you to think, they care nothing for their employees. The average branch has about a 2 1/2 year employee life cycle, after this they usually quit in mass (or get fired) and the company brings in a new batch of employees. They pay most employees a "day rate". Expect to work no less than 10 hrs a day. While they do pay incentive, when you break it down hourly, you will be lucky to have made minimum wage. I'm not sure how they are in compliance with federal wage laws, but I imagine they get around it by calling everyone "sales". They make no investments in improving the logistical side of the business. Inventory has no real method of tracking, and "shrinkage" is common. Freezer employees are subject to horrible working conditions (minus 20 degrees) with poor equipment and protection. Drivers are subject to the same problems. Consider working for this company if you need a fresh start in the workforce. Other than that...stay away.
