Basement ran company Established in 1965, Twinco has the knowledge and experience to manufacture products of the highest quality and integrity?? They may have the experience but they definitely do not make quality products. This company gives titles to anybody without any experience at all there is no growth within twinco its there messy way or the high way. These companies do not last please if you are over qualified and know how to do your job do not put yourself in the same position i was put in to do your job incorrectly to please a system that they have been thought and trained in but does not work ! Employees will talk bad about you days after you start. Employees will talk about you till they take what they offered you days after. They rather keep a person that does nothing for 20+ years just because they?ve been there for 20+ years. They are the type of small basement ran companies that have one employee running everything but when they decide to leave else where workflow stops. Ive worked for twinco and this company has disappointed me by far the worst company I?ve ever worked for !
