Awful place to work Very disappointing experience here. There's too much wrong with this place to even list. I've never seen so much arrogance, delusion, or blatant mistreatment of lower-level employees. No HR standards or oversight to speak of. A few people are designated as "favourites" and use their status to terrorize the rest. The disconnect between perceived ability and actual substance is astounding. The place is dominated by a couple of mid-level personalities that seem to be so insistent on preserving their own power that any new idea or honest questioning is seen as a threat to be punished. This place may continue to draw people with its shiny brand name, but I'll wager it won't be for long. Having worked across offices, I'm fairly certain this is a consistent way of operating.
