Avoid at all costs. The founders (the CEO and the COO) are complete egotistical maniacs. The CEO regularly brings up personal matters at company-wide meetings. He also holds personal grudges toward individual employees. It is by far the least professional work environment I have ever had the misfortune of being subjected to. The COO is a racist and a misogynist who thinks it's alright to share his terrible beliefs and thoughts with coworkers. Neither of them have any idea what they're doing, and instead of making sure the company's leadership is solid they'd rather micromanage every specialist in the company on projects they have no idea how to make successful. Truly an all-around awful experience. The CEO literally says to employees that he doesn't think they can have a work life balance here. Those words actually came out of his mouth.
