An abusive environment that doesn't support it's staff. The managers are a joke who spend more time talking poorly about each other than they do actually doing their jobs. The expectations are unreasonable. The people in charge have zero respect for employees and HR protects managers. You're being paid way less than you should be. TEN BEHAVIORAL HEALTH PEOPLE HAVE LEFT IN THE LAST FEW MONTHS. They aren't even that LGBTQ friendly.
