A money factory with no management The partners and management are terrible at providing any guidance or meaningful feedback to their hires. There are zero mentors or role models at the agency. Anytime there is an issue or challenge the twenty somethings with huge egos make bad decisions because the partners chronically avoid them. The only concern is to make as large of a profit as possible. This company is about money, they do not care about the people working hard for them. I am trying to leave as quickly as possible.
