You?ve been warned The dictionary defines ?agony? as: extreme physical or mental suffering. It would perhaps be better defined as Townsend & Associates. Any review above 1 star is fabricated and should be ignored. There are no pros to working here except building friendships with your coworkers through sharing the stresses of working at this ?company,? which in reality is little more than a CEO who has more regard for his clients than he does his employees. They prey on recent graduates who have nothing to compare a real working environment too and convince them that their 24/7, daily sprint mentality is the norm today. As a Recruiter you are given impossible metrics and expected to explain why your results are not meeting these metrics on a daily basis. If you take a sick day or any time off whatsoever, you will be suspected of interviewing elsewhere and watched through a microscope. As one of the longest tenured recruiters to have worked here (2 years...), I can tell any prospective employee or candidate considering this company to look elsewhere and save yourself the never ending pit of BS and absurdity that is Townsend & Associates.
