You will hate yourself if you do. Where to start this could go on and on. Lets start at the top the board of directors must be getting some kind of kickback or something because they are not paying any much needed attention to how this place is run. Then the CEO and rest of the "executive management team" probably the worst executive management team I have ever encountered especially since they got rid of the COO the one pretty much holding the place together. The CEO is completely incompetent, changes directions day to day, extremely insecure which causes her to be mean, hateful and make bad decisions . She and several others like the CXO and CFO are all megalomaniacs who think they know everything and they always take credit for any success but never any of the blame. The core values and mission statement are just words now they mean nothing to the ELT because all they are interested in is revenue and making themselves look good. They will lie without missing a beat and do so often. They let very skilled talent walk out the door because of their giant egos and then dump all the work on others. The work never stops piling up and they dont care as long as the get the revenue. The staff means nothing to them and they see everyone as replaceable because there is no one better than them anyway. The stress of working their is worse than working on wall street because of poor senior management. I could go on and on but you get the point. RUN FAR AWAY
