You are better off elsewhere Where to start... management does not care about development of associates and only sees us as resources to be used when needed and fired when not needed ? it does not matter what you are interested in because you will be placed on whatever project needs help You will be forced to do a different job from what you applied for because they do not want to hire the necessary people as a result of cost cutting and profit mongering Terrible at hiring middle management ?often do not know what they are doing and end up putting all the work onto junior team members Constant talk about how there is plenty of work when in reality people are being fired left and right for lack of work available Remaining people are worked ridiculously long hours because projects are understaffed Markets itself as a consulting company when really it is just a data company There is no honesty from management to middle and junior staff They want competitive applicants but refuse to pay competitively
