Yeah..... it's a no for me Don't be fooled by the high ratings, most of the 5 star reviews are by current employees who are the CEO's right hand women. Anyway, where do I start- from being lied to during the interview process to a complete lack of team structure, this company might be the worst place I have ever worked at (and I have worked at 2 agencies prior to EMKD). There was no value for me to work there as the digital team struggled for work/clients, required senior leadership to do entry level work and was "scrappy" to the point of it not being cute. In summation: if someone were to give me the choice of scrubbing toilets or working at EvolveMKD, I'd choose the toilets.
