Worst place to work at in whole of my professional carrer This is the worst place to work at! The are no protocols in place for anything, HR does not exist in this place and management does not functioning! the discourage levels from all employees are ridiculous, and the owner/CEO is constantly acting paranoid about employees not doing their job, and wasting his money/time. there are no incentives for wanting to do your job the best way possible, and every other week there is a re-organization process that make the system go crazy. for asking a day off, I was asked to come the following morning at 4 am to start work and make up for it! I can not recommend any one to go work there, because every other place will be better than this one! if there was bad stars ratings, I would give them 5 stars there...
