Worst place I have ever worked at The company wants to build products but doesn't know how to. People who do know how to become victim of office politics and leaves shortly after joining. This is evident from company's inability to sell any product to any significant client(and other Glassdoor reviews). Management is nightmare, requirements never freezes. Fully flashed products are expected to be built in very short times. Basically there is a great gap between people who build and people who sell, and CEO is in denial and just keeps trying to hire new people who can somehow magically take him to that sweet product land. HR practices are worse than any other companies I worked at, there is absolutely no co-relation between compensation and skill/experience level. If you can sell yourself better, you get high compensation. Work-life balance is virtually non-existent. Be ready to build lots of demos which helps them sell and be ready to build full products even quicker because good folks onshore already set a deadline for you which is next Friday. Too much office politics, I wouldn't call it a healthy work environment by any means.
