For building team bonding you should go for drinks or should be an expert in playing games.Everyone wants to prove that they are the heroes. People always try to throw you under the bus .There is no team work .If you can supress your complexes and need good pay be here .No one have a Lear picture about a product/feature .If you are super dominating in nature you are welcome here .Never try to blend with team. Work Life balance sucks for people who finds it hard to blend.And above all no one cares.
