Well intentioned but terrible senior management Senior leadership are not consistent or transparent. A leadership org that doesn?t practice what it preaches and works under a fixed mindset. Not a psychologically safe work space to share thoughts without repercussions affecting quality of life in the office environment. Senior leadership based in NYC and treats country staff disrespectfully (eg making unrealistic demands and expecting them to fill gaps in process created by Senior leadership)
