Wasted my time and energy I worked for 2.5 years, from 2018 to 2020, which was just wasting all my time and energy! There is no sign of human being in this company. If you need a place for a gradual suicide, there it is; YU is the right place. There is no respect to the employee and human-feeling; manager and even principals would treat you as slave that you would just take the orders! Human Resources is only a resource for employer and their considerations. I could never find HR as helpful for employee's concern. During the interview, they would tell you a lot of nice things about the projects, workplace with alot of promises; then they show you their real hell once you get on board. If you have just graduated from school and looking for work visa sponsorship or green card, they will promise you in interview or after, but don't believe it, they use all your OPT only. It is a real toxic place in which everyone is a psycho and very professional in stealing/grabbing your work, and showing as their own work. This happens due to mismanagement! The managers have no idea of management alphabets in terms of their employee. It is so hard to find a chance to grow and make progress in your career; they treat you in an insulting way that would make you loose all your confidence. All in all, most of the good people and professional employee left during 2019, only the people with a special culture are working there that they know how to sustain in that type of toxic environment.
