Unprofessional & unorganized! Lie about income, over-promise training prog., have ridiculous expectations of employee. Literally everything else but the work itself. Financial accountability (to save money short-term will spend more money long-term), dysfunctional and often unprofessional management, lack of organization, lack of setting expectations, not stocking of necessary parts and lack of supplies, selection of other employees (if you actually know what you're supposed to be doing you will be blamed for others actions and lack of knowledge), income is over-promised (low hourly rate and slim opportunity to make commission. In my case the hourly rate was lied about and hours were capped), early morning SALES meetings for all employees (only 2 at my store sell jobs), horrible corporate culture, extremely high turnover rate, lack of training or continued training on job itself, unreasonable expectation that employee will be responsible for ALL tools needed and equipment including clothing items required. Get ready to wash and reorganize your truck every week and clean the office instead of working on jobs!
