Unorganized, not transparent, inflexible, Rigid thinking, favoritism, micromanagement. Mediocre health care. Horrible leadership. Administration is all about public appearances and school scores but disconnected from the students real needs, and the teachers real needs. Students are expected to perform at really high levels even if they are not ready for it. There is little constructivist learning as the school is opting for the same curricular resource for all students at each content area. A lot of pressure is on the students and, consequently, the teachers. Teachers are expected to deliver high results but are not given the tools or support they need to achieve them, which results in very long hours of work. When teachers experience a problem, they?re often met with judgement and criticism; other times with unprofessional and condescending comments. Managers and supervisors are primarily focused on faceless numbers that make the school look good, while the overall experience of those working there is of frustration and anxiety.
