Unhinged Leadership / Favoritism Working at PGC has been on of the worst experiences in my professional career. The company is unstable in every sense of the word. Leadership is underqualified and undereducated. Management is moody, immature, and retaliatory. Favoritism and friendships drive who receive promotions and inflated titles. I have never witnessed such extreme turnover. The main reason for this is the CEO, who in my opinion is extremely unhinged, reactive, and uninformed. Time and time again good employees are thrown out of the company for little to no reason. Management is catty, erratic, and very secretive. At PGC employees are not valued nor are they respected. Management preaches transparency but are the furthest from being transparent. I have had to endure an inappropriate/hostile work environment at times. The favoritism is outrageous. Promotions are handed out in my opinion to those not based on qualifications but rather where they are from geographically. Please know that as an American in my opinion there are no true opportunities for growth within PGC. If you are reading this take this as a warning. YOU DO NOT WANT TO WORK HERE!
