Unfortunate If I had one word to describe this company fairly, it would be "Unfortunate". A great many people begin their career there eager to make a difference, but sadly upper management seems to just put out that flame in any way possible. There's just frustration at every turn! It's really tragic to see so many people leave over just one year of being there. The turn over rate was just too high and nothing was being done to make it better.
