Unfair, unprofessional, uneducated, dictatorship The biggest and the only problem is the owner of the company Jerome Berard. His personality is so belittling and dictatorial, you never get any proper treatment that an employee, no a human-being, is entitled too. He is very rude, speaks ill of other employees in front of everyone else and blurts out racists and sexist comments constantly. Not a leader, let alone the clients despise working with him after a project and swears to never come back. Not just because of the unprofessional working environment but also the quality of work is horrible - since no client wants to work with him, there's isn't meaningful work to be done in the office so all you are doing is petty office work that doesn't help your career at all and continue to waste time. If you consider your career to go somewhere, along being treated as a respected person, do not work here, all the negative reviews written are truly spot on.
