TOXIC, TOXIC, TOXIC! This is, by far, the worst agency experience. All of the bad reviews you've read and heard are all true. Run by an insecure, inexperienced CEO / Chief Creative Officer who is clueless about advertising and design and only care about sucking up to the Shiseido senior management, the agency creates extremely toxic working environment. Long hours, no management, no clear vision or direction for the company, no culture. Burns out smart, hard-working employees with no credit. Be aware of the backstabbing CEO.
