Toxic work environment Toxic work environment, basically run like a frat house. The products have a lot of problems and the company is not doing well or looking at long-term solutions at all. Terrible work/life balance and 0 career growth - I tried having a discussion about careers with my manager and he told me to "stop thinking about that and focus on my current job." OK. A lot of the women who end up joining are forced out because the men there are sexist.
