Toxic Management SA will shackle you with all responsibility at an entry-level, provide you with little support and offer dismal pay. Bullying of staff members by management and inappropriate workplace behavior is common place. It was unacceptable the number of times I saw staff members cry at the words/treatment of managers. Promotions and merit increases are based solely on aligning yourself with the appropriate individuals, not on skill level. Everything at SA seems to be personal as opposed to professional, which results in great talent lacking recognition and leaving after 1 year.
