Toxic Environment To pernicious. Walking on pins and needles while you are trying to get your work done is not healthy. You would think a family owned company would mean a pleasant environment. Not here. The yelling, cursing, loud slams; it makes you think you are in a domestic relationship. Everything happens in the open. You do not have a voice. You can?t suggest, and even when you do get one leg up, you get rejected. What is so sorrowful, they would never know what a strong team they once had and have, now.
