Toxic culture where your team stresses you out more than the customers =/ Micromanagement - you get told what to do in your cx slack channel, and then 10 - 15-minute updates about how we should keep at it. Some managers choose to also message you personally. Do more with no pay raise just because Pressure to build relationships with people when you are not provided with an equal opportunity to as your coworkers in HQ have Constantly told how important CX, yet the company pays cx trash money. So many of my coworkers live in rooms (including myself) even ones in management positions. PAY PEOPLE A LIVING WAGE AT THE VERY LEAST. Not treated the same as HQ workers. In meetings, remote workers are rushed to get into the queue while HQ aren't. The company thinks too highly of itself to get the long-awaited introspection it truly needs. Sometimes managers will pop into your 1v1's without prior notice - how nice. People act fake nice here, they want you to be "on" all the time
