Toxic Culture and Terrible Management There was extremely high turnover. Over 75% of the people I worked with in the US office were no longer working there less than a year after I left. The CEO and President are married (they don't mention this in the interview process). In a small company, this makes it impossible to voice feedback and enact change. They both are severely lacking in management and basic people skills. They are oblivious to when they are blatantly rude to customers. They are also are not technical and have no understanding of the work their employees do.I have never seen managers more distrustful of their employees. Their first instinct is to find someone to blame when something goes wrong. Micromangement is their only form of management. Development was done off-shore and no one was held accountable for meeting deadlines
