Total Lack of Vision & Support for Staff Management lacks any true leadership abilities, is completely ignorant of program operations on the ground, and senior staff focuses on using their positions to build their own careers outside of the organization. The Society is now a think-tank with no unique qualities to set itself apart from numerous US-ROK policy organizations. Arts, culture, and education programs are given no guidance or support while management chases special interest money. Staff is overworked and underpaid. New hires will be swindled into taking on responsibilities not agreed upon during the hiring process and will not be compensated accordingly. The organization's potential is squandered by a lack of camaraderie and fighting among senior managers and Directors. Leadership simply does not care about the mission or staff.
