Too much drama, not enough proper management Not enough pay, benefits are not competitive with other companies in this field, management personnel does not seem to stay around long which makes employees uneasy - if they are leaving so fast do they know something we dont? dress code is too lax (the things I have heard upper managemenet say about personnel in yoga pants is straight out sexual harassment), too many management sleeping with or trying to sleep with employees - more like a management dating site than work half the time.
