Tom N Toms Coffee Depends on which location you decide to work, some franchise location has an awesome boss. They treat you better than working for the actual Tom N Toms. I've worked in three different locations. On each location, the office and the managers do not follow the California Wage and Hour Laws and Rest breaks. When I was hired by them, they never mentioned rest breaks to me nor to anybody that they hired. They do not mention the Pay Sick Leave as well. They do not mention this because they do not want anyone to know better. 99% of their workers are students so who is dumbmer now Some locations I've worked I have witnessed that when something breaks (ice machine, espresso machine, anything in the store) they take months to fix it. I've seen my co-workers struggle to get ice from markets just so we do not run out of ice. No Health Insurance. Tom N Toms Office workers only get health insurance.
