The worst Horrible pay it?s all politics. No communication between the principals. Upper management is rude and will blame anything on the new people because they can?t assume responsibilities for their mistakes. Rude staff who lacks social skills and leadership skills but principals and management don?t care. Long hours and a lack of respect for people?s personal time. They work until 11PM. They lie in the interview saying we respect work life balance and strive to leave at 6 everyday first day on the job they will tell you you will work late hours 8pm to 11pm and will offer to pay your dinner or cab home at 11pm to make it seem like it?s okay to work late. No real time management by the PMs if you?re working late every day. They don?t care if you show up early to work you still are expected to work late. One of the principals makes everything about race and culture and uses that as an excuse for his rude staff. Overall horrible place and all the previous reviews were accurate prior to my experience here unfortunately I had to learn it the hard way and live through it.
