Some members of management were disconnected from their employees and lacked true management skills, while a few of the younger aged managers were fully capable in driving business forward. More than three quarters of the company (quite possibly 90% of the company) disagreed with the thought leadership of the CEO and although he was a good person at heart, he lacked any respect from his staff and never truly involved himself with his employees. People were constantly told that they were working at an agency, while the truth was that the CEO wanted to pursue his technology platform, leading many people to leave for other industry related opportunities.
