THE worst company to work for Everything about this company is a con. Agents we write with are literal idiots. Agencies are allowed to do business with us with only ONE person completing our requirements... which means that all the rest of their employees have 0-no training at all... what do we get? None stop calls about the easiest things, such as, how to take payments. Univista and Estrella being the worst agencies, but any who.. Coworkers are all either in everyone?s business or minding their own, 50/50. Company pays well but it isn?t worth the stress not to mention no one is on the same page about company guidelines. Only about 3/10 supervisors they have actually help out and do their job, others are either getting drunk, coming in high, sexually harassing you or flat out not coming at all. Oh, or micromanaging you for no reason because there is no room for growth. They try to make it fun by doing potlucks and contest but none of that makes up for such poor management.
