The Best Choice of My Career Was Resigning It's all about who you know and the personal relationships you build with management. There is an obvious showcase of "favorites" whom can do no harm. Those who put in their best efforts seldom get recognized unless they are part of said favorites. You will not be recognized for making a positive impact. No one can seem to make up their mind or keep promises. If you work here, be prepared for a lot of flip-flopping and being let down. Oh, and your management team not being supportive of your career path.
