Textbook Corporate Sexism Terrible place for a young female architect- taken for granted, career advancement based on elbow-rubbing with the right senior partners, frat-bro culture, plenty of upper level male management preying on young female employees... Upper management sell the idea of a "privilege" to work there to compensate for low pay, and other career abuses, despite being irrelevant on the design scene for a while now
