Terribly Managed Company The worst management I've ever experienced. From the CTO to the people below him, they have cultivated an environment where politics are much more important than collaboration and production. It's an absolutely miserable environment to work in unless you want to play politics all day. Additionally, there was a rumor circulating during my time there that upper management was asked to write positive reviews about the company, so that may be why Kargo does not have a 1 star rating.
