Terrible Management I wanted to make a few extra bucks by doing some jobs on the side on my spare time. I decided to use this app which sounded like fun, you get to pretty much be a mystery shopper. The first couple of jobs was ok, you don?t really make very much money and the jobs were very inconsistent, you can go days and weeks without a job in your area. About 2 weeks after I signed up for this app they had a tobacco audit which you basically go to different locations and ask a few questions and took a couple of pictures. I did the maximum amount you can do that day which was 20. I spent my day driving around wasting my time and gas to do these jobs. I approached every job in a serious manner and did everything the app told me to do. In the end out of the 20 stores, 5 stores got the questions right and 1 was closed down, 14 stores didn?t know the questions to the answer. A day after submitting my jobs 15 out of the 20 jobs were declined. So the only jobs that they paid me for was the ones were the people know the answers to the tobacco questions. I sent an email to there customer service to ask why the rest of my jobs were never approved? And they answered me by saying the jobs I took should of had a higher success rate and then suspended my account. Just because you didn?t get the success rate you wanted doesn?t mean I was cheating you or lying! I actually went and done these jobs. I took pictures of every site and sent it as they requested. In short, I did exactly what they requested and because they didn't get there numbers they banned me. This is a terrible company, don?t waste your time!
