Terrible Management Management is terrible. Micro managers who do not have any regard or concerns about their employees. HR sides with management so complaining is useless . Moral among workers is extremely low and depressing. They will not update any equipment and breakdowns occur often. Corporate is run by a bunch of greedy people who are milking the company dry and only care about the investors. It's a shame to see a 200+ old former family owned company being strangled.
