Terrible management Heavy caseloads, no job security, management is a mess, pay increase is a joke. Bumped staff down to 2% yearly increase while upper management and CEO get their massive raises. HR, CEO, and upper management are a clique and will fire long term dedicated employees to save a buck. Regional offices are treated poorly and are almost non-existent in the eyes of the main Columbus office. Very neglectful of staff especially at the regional offices. Pay is meh. Benefits are ungodly expensive. No ability to grow or advance in career. Supervision NEVER happens and on the off chance some type of supervision happens it's over some new policy change that HR implements to be manipulative. Turnover is high. Company as a whole is messy. Employees are not valued at all. Paul Coleman is no longer the CEO.
