Terrible company to work for due to favoritism This is probably one of the worst companies to work for. The company culture is terrible because of the widespread favoritism. The managers assign fewer tasks to their favorites while they assign the rest of the employees with more work. This makes the morale of most employees very low. This terrible culture shown by management demoralizes most people in the company.
