Take what is told to you with a grain of salt Work life balance is terrible. They put a huge emphasis on billable hours, and you're looked down upon if you don't average 50+ hours a week. There's also a huge amount of passive aggressiveness that comes from middle management if you make any kind of mistake. There's a lot of talk during the interview process about emphasizing education, mentorship and really learning the tech they use. However, in reality there is no mentorship because everyone is so busy. You're expected to be autonomous. You're graded after every sprint. That grade goes into your overall standing with the company. So there's a huge amount of pressure to get the best rating possible, which effects performance.
