Take these reviews seriously This is a toxic workplace and it comes from the top down. You can expect: Yelling and aggression Micromanaging Unrealistic expectations Inappropriate comments Gossip Immaturity Astronomically expensive benefits Read all of the negative reviews on here and believe every last one of them. None of them are exaggerating. What?s worse is the company?s response to them, which is truly more telling than the reviews themselves. This should show you that nothing has changed since these reviews started over 10 years ago. The CEO takes no responsibility for her hostile behavior. They normalize this abuse and gaslight the employees into thinking that it is normal and that you?re the problem or that it?s no big deal. With no HR, there is truly nothing you can do. The turnover here is unlike anything I have ever experienced. I wish I would have taken the Glassdoor reviews more seriously before I accepted a job here. I have been afraid to write this, which should tell you about the typical retaliation that you can expect from this place.
