Struggling organization with a leadership problem CEO is pompous. All he cares about is how he looks to the board. Very insecure and disappointed with his performance, so he bullies others. Trusts the wrong people in the organization, listens to the advice of only one other senior leader, who does not have the employees? best interest at heart. Organization is losing money and closing offices, so CEO attempts spin jobs to explain how these are not negatives and awful signs of things to come. He should?ve been a politician with his spin... leaders and employees have left presumably because they could not take working under his leadership anymore. Turnover is incredibly high for such a small organization. Membership is down. Event attendance is flat or down. This is not a place to work. Should stay away at all costs
