STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!! I was at the company for a little over a year and within that timeframe over 15 employees left, either quit or was unexpectedly laid off. In the NY office, there are only about 30 employees alone. (Super high turnover, in all departments). The VP of the company micro manages everyone and everything. She will make your work life miserable! In order to be on her good side, you have to be her minion. Sleep, eat and breath her rules and whatever she likes. (Sidenote: She has more power than the CEO!) The Ad Ops team is really useless, only 3 people on the team and only 2 of them knows how to do their job properly. Management for Ad Ops is useless because he's one of the minions of the VP. He says and does anything she asks of him. As an Account Manager, he is your direct report which is a con because if you have any issues, etc. He won't do much to help you. The Account Executive team is very cliquish and a handful of them are also minions of the VP. Basically anyone who has lasted over 2 years I'd say is the minion of the VP. She'll only promote you if you become her minion. Overall, there is no room for growth, not enough teams (or teams don't know what they are doing) so it hinders you from performing your best. The workload is ridiculous, they'd rather make 1 Account Manager do the job of 3 Account Managers, all in the name of saving some money. Mind you that 1 Account Manager is probably making $40k and should actually be getting paid triple the amount, due to the workload.
