STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY Literally everything. The way breaks are made makes no sense. Management is terrible. Employees are walked all over and treated poorly. You get called in to work on ALL of your days off if you don't already work 40 hours, even when you take paid time off, best believe you will get a call or text asking you to come in to work regardless. It's ridiculous. You're on the phone with rude customers/clients all day long, non-stop and even then everyone at that place is rude af. You get monitored for everything, including the amount of times you get up from your seat to use the bathroom. They listen in on your calls and tell you everything you did wrong. Be careful if you forget to verify the spelling for the name "Sam", you will get scolded. Make sure you don't breathe incorrectly while on the line either, you'll get told you sound bored and tired. THE JOB IS BORING AND TIRING. TF YA'LL WANT?! This job asks for too much, pay is decent... for the way employees are treated. Free food on Fridays? Nah, you get some rock hard bagels with tomatoes. Not one single positive review on here was written by an actual telephone operator, management writes all of them. The negative reviews are the ones that come from actual current and former employees. Those are the reviews to go by. This job worsened my anxiety and had me on edge every day that I spent there. Never had a job worse than this one, I am not joking. DO NOT BOTHER!!!!
