SO GLAD I GOT LET GO This was my second job after graduating. I had a total of 60 clients, my caseload even went up to 80 at one time. During the last few months, I was going through a lot personally and was struggling to do my job. I didn't trust speaking to my supervisor about my difficulties because she gossiped. The office atmosphere was VERY toxic, with favoritism and a lot of talking behind peoples back. Eventually I was put on a 30 day probation. I never heard anything from my supervisors after that. I even asked to have the follow up meeting to discuss if I had improved, but it never happened. I felt no compassion from my higher ups and they were not supportive. Fast forward a few months of having weekly supervision and plenty of times to bring up my performance. I was never told anything else about my performance so I thought I was back to doing my job effectively. One Friday I was told to skip lunch and go to the main office. Thats when i was told it was my last day. If you decide to work here, learn all you can about the justice system and get out. Now I work for a company that cares about its employees and congratulates me when I do a good job. Don't expect that from CJA.
