Smoke and mirrors Chaotic management style, lack of advancement path, leadership and ownership have huge egos and only serve themselves, no internal management tools for basics like resource management and financial analysis. Boys club mentality. Not one bit of empathy towards giving people a reasonable work/life balance. They exist at this point solely because of long standing relationships which will run dry at some point. Minimal raises. No bonuses. No referral plan. No mentor program. No incentive to work harder or take risks.
